Pricol Technologies ties up with U.S. firm

COIMBATORE:
The Coimbatore-based Pricol Technologies Ltd., the technology and product design engineering services arm of the auto-component major — Pricol, has entered into a partnership with the U.S.-based Blue Ridge Numerics to offer integrated "CFdesign" solutions to different industrial segments in the country such as aerospace and defence, automotive, consumer electronics, fans, pumps and motors and valves.
The President and COO of Pricol Technologies, A. S. Ramaseshan, told presspersons here on Monday that the tie-up was to make the tool available to Indian customers, to offer consulting services through this technology and to develop models for specific industry verticals. Blue Ridge Numerics was a leading developer of computational fluid dynamics software for mechanical design engineers.
