Triveni files draft prospectus

NEW DELHI: Triveni Engineering and Industries will again tap the capital market with a public issue of 50 million shares of face value of one rupee to part finance its expansion plans estimated to cost about Rs. 270 crore. The Rs. 1,000 crore group company on Wednesday filed Red Herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard.
