Osmania University degree examination results declared

Pass percentage up for the fourth consecutive year

HYDERABAD: The results of B.A., B.Com and B.Sc courses of Osmania University, held in March and April 2005 were released on Wednesday by the University Vice-Chancellor, Suleiman Siddiqui.

Speaking to reporters, Prof. Siddiqui said the pass percentage saw an increase for the fourth consecutive year and this year 35,653 students took the final year examination of which 28,167 cleared the test registering a pass percentage of 79.

The results have been displayed at the Examination Branch on the campus and they are also available on the websites - www.osmania.ac.in, www.nettlinx.com and http://202.41.92.22. He said candidates can collect marks sheets from colleges after June 15, and the last date for applying for revaluation and recounting is June 24.Temporary online memos will be available on payment of Rs.25 through a Demand Draft (drawn in favour of the Controller of Examinations, Osmania University) at the Examination Branch from June 26. Internet downloaded marks sheets can also be used for submitting the application forms for revaluation and recounting.
