U.S. seeks end to textile row

At a luncheon hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in China, Mr. Gutierrez said he would focus on protecting intellectual property rights during discussions with Chinese officials. He warned that China risked `an outbreak of protectionism' if current trade tensions were not addressed.
