Goldstone completes Stay top acquisition

HYDERABAD: Goldstone Technologies announced the completion of acquisition of Stay top Systems, a provider of Oracle outsourcing and consulting services. Further, the foreign institutional investors (FIIs) participation, for which shareholders gave approval on March 14, has also been completed. The company received $1 million towards issuance of optionally convertible shares in favour of Venus Capital Management and ITF Mauritius at a premium of Rs. 15 per share.
