Vote on U.N. reforms

UNITED NATIONS: For the third time, the Group of 4 nations and the United for Consensus countries failed to narrow down their differences, particularly on Security Council expansion. The G-4 nations, which includes India, is, however, going ahead with their planned introduction by this month-end of a resolution seeking a vote on the issue.
