4,000 students to appear for KMAT

BANGALORE: As many as 4,000 students will appear for the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) on Sunday for admission to about 2,000 management quota MBA and MCA seats in 50 self-financing, university-affiliated colleges across the State. The test is being conducted by the Karnataka Private Postgraduate Colleges' Association.

The test will be conducted in 10 centres, including Dayananda Sagar College of Management and Information Technology, Kumaraswamy Layout, Kanakpura Road; Seshadripuram College; Vivekananda Degree College of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management, Rajajinagar 2nd Stage; and Oxford College of Business Management, J.P. Nagar 1st Phase. The results will be announced on June 10 on the website www.kppgca.in

The test has been reportedly approved by the Venkataraman committee overseeing professional college admissions.
