TN Petro pays 10 p.c.
CHENNAI:
Tamilnadu Petroproducts has increased its net sales to Rs. 830.33 crore in the year ended March 31, 2005 against Rs. 754.10 crore while the net profit after tax was lower at Rs. 11.82 crore against Rs. 22.21 crore in the previous year. The directors have recommended a dividend of 10 per cent. In the quarter ended March 31, 2005 the company achieved a turnover of Rs. 197.27 crore against Rs. 188.40 crore in the same period in the previous year, while the net profit stood at Rs. 20.15 crores against a loss of Rs. 13 lakhs in the previous year.
