VISAKHAPATNAM: Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has cautioned people not to purchase plots in nine unauthorised layouts at Narava village of the district. The layouts do not have VUDA approval under Section 13 and 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, says a VUDA release. The following are the survey numbers and extent of the land with the name of the developer in parenthesis: Survey no. 213 and 222/p, 1 acre (K. Ramu); 238, 240 and 242, 15 acres (Railway Employees' lay-out); 239, 2 acres (P. Sathibabu); 54 and 67, 15 acres (O. Rama Rao); 325, 10 acres (unknown); 335, 5 acres (Mallibabu); 342, 2 acres (Anand); 369 and 370, 8 acres (Haribabu and Sureshbabu) and 371, 372 and 373, 10 acres (A. Sanyasi Rao).
