Maoists kill home guard

VISAKHAPATNAM: Naxalites belonging to the Communist Party of India (Maoist) shot dead a girijan home guard at G. Madugula in the agency area of the district on Tuesday. The police said that two members of an action team opened fire at K. Balabbi, (29), when he was having bath outside his house at 8.30 a.m. The home guard died on the spot.
