BANGALORE: The police and members of the public caught two persons who allegedly robbed a motorcyclist of a cellphone worth Rs. 16,000, and handed them over to the police. In an incident on Old Madras Road on Sunday night, two persons on a moped stopped Srikanth alias Ananth Krishna Shasthri (26) and robbed him of his cellphone. The accused V Kannan alias S. Venugopal (22) and V Robert alias Varaprakash (18) were chased and caught, and handed over to the Rammurthynagar police.
