PSL for Rs. 300-crore equity infusion

MUMBAI: PSL, a leading steel pipe manufacturing company, will go in for a variety of fund raising options totalling Rs. 300 crore in the next 18 months to finance its ongoing and new capacity expansion drive. Of the Rs. 300 crore, about Rs. 175 crore may be met from the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).
