DEHRA DUN: It was more than a dream come true for the people of the backward Jaunsar Bawar tribal region as the Uttaranchal Chief Minister, Narayan Dutt Tiwari, inaugurated a mini sports stadium at Panji Tillani, 15 km from Kalsi, on Wednesday. The stadium will cater to the sports needs of the children in about 20 neighbouring hill villages. People were delighted to know that a polytechnic institute would be soon established at Saiyya.
