NEW DELHI: They may no longer be active participants in Delhi University's admission process, but that clearly has not stopped them from claiming their share of "space" on the campus. A small argument over counter space took an ugly turn at Kirori Mal College on Wednesday with the Vice-Principal not just asking the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) to close its counter but also "banning" a girl supporter of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) from entering the college in future. While NSUI accused the college authorities of turning a blind eye to the harassment of its girl members by "unknown elements", the college dismissed the case as just a political gimmick.
