Letters to the Editor
Jinnah was among those who advocated that Hindus and Muslims would not be able to coexist in independent India.
Jinnah was responsible for the communal riots in 1946-47 and the resultant bloodbath. How can Mr. Advani venture to erase history? Again, what was the need for him to go all the way to Pakistan and regret the Babri Masjid demolition?
It was Mr. Advani who spearheaded the Ram Janmabhoomi agitation that caused a permanent blot on secular India. All these years, Mr. Advani propagated the cause of Hindutva. Overnight he became secular, taking Jinnah along with him.
