NEW DELHI: Central Customs and Excise defeated Urban Development Ministry 3-2 in an A division match of the Delhi Soccer Association annual institutional league at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Thursday.
Ranjeet Rana (2) and Mohammad Khalid scored for CCE that now leads Group B with nine points from three outings. For Urban Development, which took the lead in the 12th minute, Ram Singh and Manmohan Singh were the scorers.
Earlier, Oriental Bank gave a walkover to defending champion Zakir Husain College in group A of senior division. — Special Correspondent
