VISAKHAPATNAM: The city reeled under heat wave since morning on Saturday with hot winds blowing even after 8 p.m. The day's maximum temperature recorded at airport was 41.6 degree Celsius while it was 35.5 degrees Celsius at Waltair, according to the Cyclone Warning Centre (CWC). With only a day left for the schools to reopen, the parents are a worried lot since their wards have to attend schools with temperature soaring. The CWC also indicated that the heat wave conditions were likely to continue in some areas with the maximum temperature reaching around 41 degrees Celsius.
