PONDICHERRY: The Pondicherry Congress president, V. Narayanasamy, MP said here on Sunday that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is likely to visit Pondicherry during last week of July to lay the foundation for the Special Economic Zone and the Port Development project here. Speaking to presspersons here, he said that these two projects were key for the infrastructure development of the Union Territory.
