Writ plea against former official adjourned

HYDERABAD:
The writ petition filed challenging the appointment of D.S. Murthy, former Commissioner of Endowments as administrative member of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT) has been adjourned to Monday and the respondents directed to produce relevant information to the Division Bench of the High Court.
Suresh, Raghu and a woman advocate filed a common writ petition complaining that the concerned officer faced several serious charges in the past and he is not entitled to be appointed as member of the APAT.
