Consolidated Construction to expand

CHENNAI:
Consolidated Construction Consortium is planning to expand its operations by taking up more projects in India and abroad. It has already entered in to a joint venture in Dubai and secured an order for construction of a complex there valued at $100,000. To meet the funds requirement for expansion the company is planning to go public in the near future, according to a release.
The company, started by first generation entrepreneurs in 1997, has been making profits from the first year of operations. Major clients include MICO, Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery, India Nippon Electricals, Saint Gobain Glass, Infosys Technologies, HCL Technologies and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories among others.
