Birla MF launches GenNext Fund

HYDERABAD: Birla Mutal Fund has launched Birla India GenNext Fund, a thematic fund targeting growth of capital by investing in equities of companies that are expected to benefit from the consumption habits of the younger generation. A. Balasubramanian, national head, business development and sales, said it was an open-ended diversified equity fund. The initial offer which opened on June 14 would close on July 12. It offers a dividend and growth options and an investor could participate in the scheme with a minimum investment of Rs. 5,000.
