Jet to file case against U.S. firm

MUMBAI:
In response to the American company, Jet Airways Inc. raising objections against Jet Airways Ltd. operating flights to the U.S., the airline has announced that it is initiating legal proceedings in the U.S. through a leading American law firm, Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP against the President and CEO, Nancy Heckerman of Jet Airways Inc., "who has irresponsibly alleged that most of the money raised by Jet Airways' initial public offering (IPO) was pumped into the market by `Hawala','' says a release.
