Partial cancellation of train services

BANGALORE: Owing to the commissioning of double line in the Kuditini-Bellary Cantonment-Bellary section, the services of train nos. 583/584 (Bangalore-Hubli-Hospet Passenger) have been partially cancelled between Bellary and Hospet from June 16 to June 24.

The trains (583/584) will run only between Bangalore city-Bellary-Bangalore city during the period.

The services of train nos. 583/584 will be cancelled between Chitradurga and Hospet from June 25 to June 28. The trains (583/584) will run only between Bangalore city-Chitradurga-Bangalore city during the period.

Augmentation

The 6831/6832 Tanjore-Mysore-Tanjore Express is augmented with one second class sleeper coach with effect from July 1 from Tanjore and July 2 from Mysore. The revised composition is one two tier AC coach, one three tier AC coach, nine three tier second class sleeper coaches, four general second class coaches and two second class-cum-luggage vans.

The frequency of 8003/8004 Howrah-Yeshwantpur-Howrah Express will be increased from biweekly to daily to the following revised timings with effect from July 1 from Howrah and July 3 from Yeshwantpur. The trains will also run via Tirupati.

The train (8003), which leaves Howrah at 8.05 p.m., will arrive at Yeshwantpur at 8.10 a.m. instead of the present 8 a.m.

In the return direction, the train (8004) leaves Yeshwantpur at 6.45 p.m. instead of 3.45 p.m. and arrives at Howrah at 7.30 a.m. instead of 3.40 a.m.

The train (8003) from Howrah will arrive at Tirupati at 12.05 a.m. and leaves for Yeshwantpur at 12.15 a.m.

The train (8004) arrives at Tirupati from Yeshwantpur at 1.50 a.m. and leaves for Howrah at 2 a.m.

The trains will run via Kharagpur, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Nellore, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Bangarpet and Krishnarajapuram.
