Railway employees' protest

HUBLI: Several employees of the South Western Railway Mazdoor Union staged a demonstration in front of the General Manager's office here on Tuesday, urging the Railway Ministry to fulfil their demands. The employees protested against the Union Government for not implementing a 30 per cent increase on the merged pay, following the merging of 50 per cent of the Dearness Allowance with the pay.
