CHANDIGARH: Haryana has granted No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehra Dun, for setting up its off-Campus Regional Centreat Gurgaon, the Education Minister, Phool Chand Mullana, said here on Thursday. He said the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies had applied for NOC to establish a Regional Centre at Gurgaon and had expressed the desire to start highly specialised courses like MBA Oil and Gas Management, M.Tech. Gas and Energy as well as Petroleum Informatics and M.Sc. Oil and Trading there. The same courses were being provided by the University at Dehra Dun.
