CHANDIGARH: O.S. Lohchab has taken over as the Chairman of the Haryana Power Utilities including Haryana Vidyut Prasarn Nigam,Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam. Lt. Gen.(Retd.) Lohchab was awarded Param Vshisht Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal during 40 years of distinguished service to the Army.
