Ma'din launches scheme to honour talents

MALAPPURAM: Ma'din Islamic Academy at Swalat Nagar, Melmuri, near here on Sunday launched a programme `Vijayaregha' to honour those who excel in different fields of education. Minister for Culture A.P. Anil Kumar inaugurated the programme.

As many as 26 people were feted as part of the programme. Among those honoured were Husain Randathani, Principal, MES College, Valanchery. Syed Ibrahimul Khalilul Bukhari, chairman of Ma'din Islamic Academy, presided over the function.
