A release from president, M.S. Mathivanan, said that the Government's effort to introduce advanced technology such as shuttleless looms in these parks would enable the weaving industry in the State compete in the global market. The Centre would contribute 75 per cent of the subsidy extended to these parks, while the State's contribution would be 25 per cent.
