Janashakti tells TRS to stop cheating people

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: The CPI(ML) Janashakti has sought to justify its ultimatum to TRS Ministers to resign as it does not want people of Telangana not to be "cheated" again.

Sagar, secretary of the party, in a statement here on Tuesday, objected to the continuance of TRS representatives in the Ministry after having announced that separate Telangana was their only objective.

He accused the TRS leaders, including the Union Minister, K. Chandrasekhara Rao, of making announcements postponing the formation of Telangana on one pretext or another.

He said the party's fears that people would be cheated again were strengthened by the TRS leaders' failure to get the Pulichintala project site changed and declaring that they were not against Krishna delta farmers.
