Rally taken out by medical representatives

HYDERABAD:
The Andhra Pradesh Medical and Sales Representatives' Union organised a rally here on Tuesday to draw the attention of the Centre and the State Government to medicine-related issues.
Led by H.V. Nerlakar and P. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, president and secretary respectively of the Hyderabad unit of the union, they raised slogans and held placards listing their demands. They marched from Sundarayya Park to Ramnagar Crossroads.
Among others things, they sought steps to reduce prices of drugs, inquiry into drug price manipulation, excise duty and ST evasion by drug companies.
