NEW DELHI:
The Bharatiya Janata Party has alleged that Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh was being "soft towards the Babbar Khalsa International and other separatist outfits" and this had created a situation in which militancy was "once again taking ugly roots".BJP spokeperson Prakash Javadekar alleged that several recent events have together created the suspicion that the Chief Minister was encouraging separatists.
