Twelve injured in group clash

KURNOOL: Twelve persons sustained injuries in a clash between Scheduled Caste persons and Backward Classes at Peda Kadubur in Kurnool district on Thursday.

According to reports, the two groups differed over taking part in a rural sport in connection with the concluding function of "Yeruvaka pournami''.

According to reports, SC persons of the village planned the games near the Bus Stand and objected to the participation of BCs.
