Two suspects in Paritala murder case get bail
Staff Reporter
ANANTAPUR:
The Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court here granted bail for two suspects in the Paritala Ravindra murder case -- P. Goverdhan Reddy and
B. Ramaswamy -- on Thursday.
In his verdict on a petition filed by Venkatrami Reddy, the counsel for the suspects, the judge, A.
Jayaraj, observed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing the case, had
failed to frame charges against the two even 90 days after taking the two into custody. Bail was
granted to them due to lack of charges against them.
The counsel for suspects claimed that his clients had no role in the murder case.
