Counselling for

transfers

Non-teaching staff of the Education Department in the district have been asked to attend the counselling session for transfers, to be held at the Government Queen Mary's Girls High School in Old Town at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Employees with a station

seniority of four years are eligible to participate in the session.

HPCL building

opened

The new administrative building of Visakh refinery of the HPCL was inaugurated by the refinery's Executive Director, D.K. Deshpande. The four-storied building, was built at a cost of Rs. 11.50 crores with state-of-the-art facilities and amidst lush green surroundings.

Sports kits

from NTPC

The NTPC Simhadri super thermal power project here distributed sports kits to the rural youth in the villages around the plant.

The General Manager, S.C. Pandey, who handed over the sports kits, said that the activity was part of the community development scheme activities.
