Stanchart Mutual launches equity scheme

CHENNAI: Standard Chartered Mutual Fund has announced the launch of its maiden equity scheme. Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, Naval Bir Kumar, Managing Director, Standard Chartered Asset Management Company, said the scheme `Standard Chartered Classic Equity Fund' would be a diversified fund. The objective was to deliver consistent returns following unrestricted investment approach.The fund is open for subscription from June 27 to July 14 and the minimum investment is Rs. 5,000.
