SatNav Tech introduces navigation system
HYDERABAD:
SatNav Technologies announced the launch of a navigation system `SatGuide'. Amit Prasad, Managing Director, said in a release here on Tuesday that SatGuide was a pocket PC-based touch screen navigation device, enabling users to navigate to any location quickly. It is negotiating with a `master distributor' who will offer this product to original equipment manufacturers and retail channels. It is also having discussions with car manufacturers and retail channels. User of a vehicle fitted with SatGuide has to enter destination address in the unit which will suggest the best possible route. The product is offered with SatGuide to Hyderabad, National Capital region, and Mumbai, and would be extended to other cities by year end, he said.
