UBS Securities files appeal with SAT

MUMBAI: The Swiss investment firm, UBS Securities on Tuesday filed an appeal with the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the ban order issued by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its failure to comply with the relevant clauses of the code of conduct as applicable to foreign institutional investors. It will come up for hearing on<243>July 4.
