Reliance Infocomm rejigs tariff plans
CHENNAINEW DELHI:
Reliance Infocomm has rationalised its tariff structures in line with the recent Department of Telecommunications (DoT) circular, making calls in Maharashtra and Goa, West Bengal and Andaman Nicobar Islands, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu local.
Reliance subscribers using the Rs. 440 or Rs. 220 vouchers can now make unlimited calls to any other Reliance mobile between Mumbai-rest of Maharashtra-Goa, Chennai-rest of Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (East)-U.P. (West) and Kolkata-West Bengal-Andamans, according to a company release.
There is, however, no change in the calls from Reliance mobiles to all fixed line phones.
Tata Tele's new tariff
CHENNAINEW DELHI:
Tata Teleservices on Wednesday announced a range of new tariff plans for its post-paid customers which the company claimed will save up to 20 per cent over their previous tariff plans. "With the introduction of these plans, Tata Indicom post-paid mobile users can now go mobile for just Rs. 99 a month,'' a release issued by the company said.
