CHANDIGARH: The newly-constituted Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee which met here on Wednesday unanimously authorised the party President, Sonia Gandhi, to select the PCC president, its Executive including office- bearers, AICC members from Haryana and the Pradesh Election Committee. The resolution to this effect was moved by the PCC working president and Transport Minister, Randeep Singh Surjewala, and seconded by the Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda. The present Pradesh Congress Committee Chief and former Chief Minister, Bhajan Lal, who has been ailing for quite some time, also supported the resolution by appending his signature to it.
