MANGALORE: The Deputy Commissioner, H.V. Parshwanath, has announced imposition of ban orders under Section 144 of Cr.PC within a radius of 200 metres from centres where the second year pre-university supplementary examination will be held from Monday. The examination will end on July 16. The Deputy Commissioner has also banned operation of photocopying machines in the vicinity of the centres 30 minutes prior to the commencement of examination till its end. The ban orders will not apply to programmes organised by the Government.
