Anticipatory bail granted

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: District Sessions Judge D. Pappachan has granted anticipatory bail to Elizabeth Thomas, the first accused in the Palode jewellery shop robbery case.

The police case was that the accused accompanied by a few others came to a jewellery shop in Palode around 6.15 p.m. on June 15 and decamped with 13.5 kg of gold ornaments valued at Rs.75 lakhs after threatening the shop owner and his employees.
