Sundram Fasteners net at Rs. 69 cr.
CHENNAI:
Sundram Fasteners recorded total sales and other income of Rs. 931 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005 against Rs. 692 crore in the previous year. The net profit after tax stood at Rs. 69.39 crore against Rs. 57.90 crore. The directors have decided to pay a second interim of Re. 1 per share. The company has already paid 70 paise per share. The dividends will absorb Rs. 17.86 crore (Rs. 14.71 crore). A sum of Rs. 40 crore has been transferred to general reserve.
