VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has extended a 10 per cent concession on return journey ticket fare for all Garuda A/C (Volvo) services operating on intra and inter-State routes from July 1 to 31. According to the Regional Manager of APSRTC here, D. Satyanarayana, there was also a link between the Dwaraka Bus Station (DBS) in the city and the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS) in Hyderabad by which `anywhere-to-anywhere ticket' could be booked for buses being operated from these two stations. "For instance, a passenger in Visakhapatnam can book a ticket in advance at DBS for the Hyderabad-Shirdi service, leaving from MGBS, Hyderabad,'' he explained, and urged commuters to utilise the facility.
