Ministers to meet visitors on Saturdays

HYDERABAD:
Ministers will not have any official meetings or reviews between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays and instead, they will devote this time for meeting visitors.
The Ministers will devote Saturdays for clearing the files relating to the subjects which were discussed during the week earlier.
A decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet which met here on Saturday. The Minister for Information, Mohd Shabbir Ali, said the Secretariat would be equipped with a new security system for which a contract worth Rs. 2.5 crores had been awarded to the ECIL.
