NEW DELHI: Releasing a list of the Capital's major bank loan defaulters, the Delhi State Bank Employees' Federation (DSBEF) has urged the United Progressive Alliance Government to make wilful default a criminal offence and confiscate the personal assets of defaulters. At a conference organised jointly by the All India Bank Employees' Association and DSBEF here on Monday, the general secretary of the Federation, Rama Nand, said: "Even though the corporate sector has been spearheading the demand for economic reforms in nationalised banks for the past 15 years, it has not cared to reform itself. The sector owes Rs.60,000 crores to various branches of nationalised banks across the country. "
