DHARWAD: K.M. Shivakumar, Principal Secretary, Department of Forests, who was working as nodal secretary in charge of the district, has been appointed as Administrator of the Dharwad Zilla Panchayat, whose five-year term expires on July 13. The Government has appointed the following as administrators of the taluk panchayats: Dharwad Taluk Panchayat: Deputy Secretary, Dharwad Zilla Panchayat; Hubli: Deputy Secretary, Dharwad Zilla Panchayat; Kalghatgi: Joint Director of Agriculture, Dharwad; Kundgol: Chief District Planning Officer, Dharwad; and Navalgund: Deputy Secretary, Dharwad Zilla Panchayat.
