TUTICORIN: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will issue `Excel' pre-paid SIM cards to the applicants featured in the waiting list from July 8 to 12, according to an official release issued here on Thursday. The cards would be issued through the Customer Service Centres at Tuticorin and Kovilpatti, Sadasivam Trading Company (STC) and V D N Ansari and Company (both in Tuticorin). Applicants of wait-listed numbers 3888 to 4679 should procure the cards at Tuticorin CSC, 2141 to 2196 at Kovilpatti CSC, 550 to 613 at STC and 1 to 33 at VDN Ansari and Company. The applicants should issue an authorisation letter to the person, who come to collect the cards, in the case where they were unable to appear personally. The release added that the applicants in the waiting list should obtain the cards within the stipulated period and no correspondence would be entertained later.
