KOZHIKODE: The Kozhikode branch office of the ESI Corporation functioning at Puthiyapalam will shift to Chakkorathukulam from Monday. The employers and beneficiaries under the jurisdiction of Kozhikode branch office should contact the branch office at Chakkorathukulam for all matters relating to the ESI scheme. (Phone: 2760851).
