CHITRADURGA: M.N. Jogalekar, Deputy Superintendent of Police in the District Armed Reserve, has won two silver medals in pistol shooting events in the State-level Police Duty Meet held between July 6 and July 8 in Bangalore. Mr. Jogalekar has won the medals for the second place he secured in pistol shooting in squatting position and attack position. E. Prakash, a constable attached to the Chitradurga Fort Police Station, has secured the second place in computer aptitude competition and the third place in computer office automation part-2 competition. These two policemen represented the Eastern Police range, according to a press release. B. Dayanand, Superintendent of Police, Chitradurga, has lauded the achievements of the policemen.
