HYDERABAD: A software developed by Ocimum Biosolutions has been acquired by the National Institute for Cellular Biotechnology, Dublin City University. A company release said that Biotracker was a multi-platform good laboratory practices (GLP) compliant information management system. The NICB acquired the solution to provide access to researchers working in the gene expression and proteomics groups at DCU. The software would assist researchers to track samples, growth conditions, clinical history, extraction information, isolated RNA and/or cell fraction details.
